Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox you would like to forward emails from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
